¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Awards Brighter Futures Scholarship and Hospice Nursing Scholarship to Support Three Students’ Academic Journeys

¾«¶«Ó°Òµ, a leading provider of home and community-based health services for complex populations, is proud to continue investing in the academic journeys of high-potential, underserved students through its annual ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Brighter Futures Scholarship and ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Hospice Nursing Scholarship. This year, these awards recognize three exceptional students for their academic excellence, compassion, and dedication to service.
¾«¶«Ó°Òµ has selected Yaquelin Trejo Vazquez of Louisville, Kentucky, as the recipient of the 2025 Brighter Futures Scholarship. The ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ has also awarded the Hospice Nursing Scholarship to Abby Walz of Lewisport, Kentucky, and Chukwudi Ifeoma Linda, a resident of Nigeria, who are pursuing nursing careers in palliative and end-of-life care.
The Brighter Futures Scholarship is $10,000 per year and renewable for up to four consecutive years ($40,000 in total) for one deserving student. The Hospice Nursing Scholarship awards $5,000 per year for up to two years ($10,000 in total) for deserving students who are enrolled in an accredited RN or BSN nursing program.
Both scholarships are awarded in partnership with the and are part of ¾«¶«Ó°Òµâ€™s ongoing effort to expand educational opportunities to deserving students with financial need.
